Relational Wellbeing (RWB) is the conceptual base of the u’Good research programme , 2023- 2027.
The u’Good research will fund projects – soon to get underway – that aim to implement and test relational approaches to young people’s wellbeing in urban and peri-urban areas in 12 focus countries.
We are looking forward to see how the projects implement contextually grounded RWB projects! And Shreya is involved with the programme as a member of the Programme Advisory Group. For us, this represents an exciting opportunity to learn more about how RWB stacks up as a conceptual and applied approach to wellbeing.
The programme is initiated by the National Research Foundation (South Africa), Fondation Botnar (Switzerland), and the Human Sciences Research Council (South Africa). It has developed through our collaboration with Foundation Botnar during which we developed range of tools for designing RWB Theories of Change, to guide the foundation’s grant-making and enhance their strategic alignment.
